Strategic HR and Organisation design is my passion and with more than a decade of experience with HR leadership and delivery of new organisations across the world I now focus on training and guiding Organisation Designers and leading the people side of business transformation.
I work on business transformation projects driven by mergers, divestments, strategy, operating model and ERP system changes. I deliver and guide the people side of the transformation and strategic HR initiatives.
I also deliver organisation design certification courses together with Professor Børge Obel. If organisation design practitioners encounter high complexly I also do advisory services to enable them to succeed independently.

Implemented a new organisation in Telenor Demark covering all aspects of the business.
Set up the implementation for success by redesigning and operationalising a revamped strategy and transformation unit and performed a general downsizing exercise.
As a secondary role, I was one of the three musketeers leading the B2B transformation where we introduced innovation methods based on service design and design thinking.
