SustainableOrganizations: Organizational Diagnosis and Design

Welcome to SustainableOrganizations

SustainableOrganizations  offers a process for diagnosis, design and implementation of sustainable and effective organizations. It starts with a holistic analysis of the organization in 14 dimensions, and is developed from a theoretical model which is scientifically tested. It provides an efficient design and implementation process.

SustainableOrganizations offers general and tailor made courses in organizational design.

The course is accredited by the Organizational Design Community.

A member of zeal

SustainableOrganizations is a ‘zebra company’ and a proud member of zeal.

A zebra company is one whose business model balance purpose and profit. A zebra company will hear, help and heal the customers and communities they serve. (Is your company a zebra? Check out the movement here.)

Zebras are mutualistic: by banding together in groups, they protect and preserve one another. Their individual input results in stronger collective output.

zeal is a community organization for a group of businesses operating independently and synergizing their efforts for the benefit of their customers and for themselves.

We are a diverse group with different educational backgrounds, careers and experiences, and we make an effort to work across teams and seek out each other’s strengths whenever relevant. We also share office spaces, accounting, payroll services and other things necessary for a minimal viable workplace 🙂

Zeal is dedication or enthusiasm for something. If you have zeal, you’re willing, energized, and motivated. Zeal is often used to reference devotion to cause, or a larger purpose.

A zeal is also used to reference a flock of Zebras.
